Who we are

The company was formed in January 2003 by Richard Boniface, BA(Hons), DPM, Chartered MCIPD, who has over 17 years Human Resource Management and Management Development experience in the private sector, the NHS and local government. This experience has been within mainstream operational HR as well as the Specialist Employee relations field and Management HR Development. Richard undertakes the overwhelming majority of work alone, but is building upon a selection of quality associates to support him as and when required.
