Recent Work 

The following gives a taster of the type of assignments recently undertaken:

·        NHS Trust – Service Review for large NHS Trust, producing recommendations to CEO as to how the efficiency of the theatre process and the link between Theatres and the surgical departments could be significantly improved

 

·        Private company – Redundancy advice and hands-on management of the process

 

·        Private company – Development of a new Job Evaluation and pay progression framework plus support with subsequent re-evaluation of jobs.

 

·        NHS Trust - Disciplinary investigation into allegations made against a Director

 

·        Private company – Production of policies & procedures in relation to disciplinary, grievance, performance and sickness procedures + the development of model standard employment contracts

 

·        NHS Trust - Wide ranging Service Review/investigative enquiry focusing on how the predominant style and method of leadership and management within the organisation was impacting upon its ability to meet key current and future targets.  A number of wide ranging recommendations were a product of this work.

 

·        Private company – Development of new bonus system which resulted in: a reduction in over-time payments; improved performance and client satisfaction; and an increase in employee motivation.

 

·        NHS Trust – Delivery of own workshop on Successful Leadership & Management plus the additional and related facilitation of Action Learning sets, as per the organisation’s request.

 

·        Probation Service – Grievance investigation.
