· Private company – Managing the HR aspects of departmental restructurings, involving redundancies

· NHS Trust – ‘Maintaining High Professional Standards’ investigation into serious allegations concerning a Consultant; leading to Disciplinary process

· NHS Trust – Service Review for large NHS Trust

· Private company – Development of a new Job Evaluation and pay progression framework plus support with subsequent re-evaluation of jobs

· NHS Trust - Disciplinary investigation into allegations made against a Director

· Private company – Production of policies & procedures in relation to disciplinary, grievance, performance and sickness procedures + the development of model standard employment contracts

· NHS Trust – Delivery of own workshop on Leadership & Managing Successfully plus the additional and related facilitation of Action Learning sets, as per the organisation’s request

· Private company – Development of new bonus system which resulted in: a reduction in over-time payments; improved performance and client satisfaction; and an increase in employee motivation

· Probation Service – Grievance investigation.
