producing recommendations to CEO as to how the efficiency of the theatre
process and the link between Theatres and the surgical departments could be
significantly improved ·
Private company – Redundancy advice and hands-on
management of the process ·
Private company – Development of a new Job Evaluation
and pay progression framework plus support with subsequent re-evaluation of
jobs. ·
NHS Trust - Disciplinary investigation into
allegations made against a Director ·
Private company – Production of policies &
procedures in relation to disciplinary, grievance, performance and sickness procedures
+ the development of model standard employment contracts ·
NHS Trust - Wide
ranging Service Review/investigative enquiry focusing on how the predominant
style and method of leadership and management within the organisation was
impacting upon its ability to meet key current and future targets. A number of wide ranging recommendations
were a product of this work. ·
Private company – Development of new bonus system which
resulted in: a reduction in over-time payments; improved performance and
client satisfaction; and an increase in employee motivation. ·
NHS Trust – Delivery of own workshop on
Successful Leadership & Management plus the additional and related
facilitation of Action Learning sets, as per the organisation’s
request. ·
