Recent Work 

The following gives a taster of the type of assignments recently undertaken:

·        NHS Trust - Disciplinary investigation into allegations made against a Director

 

·        Private company – Redundancy advice and support

 

·        Private company – Development of a new Job Evaluation and pay progression framework & support with subsequent re-evaluation of jobs

 

·        Private Company – Advice with regards to dealing with a ‘difficult’ employee

 

·        Private company – Production of Employment Handbook (including disciplinary, grievance, performance and sickness procedures) + the development of model standard employment contracts

 

·        NHS Trust - Wide ranging investigative enquiry focusing on how the predominant style and method of leadership and management within the organisation was impacting upon its ability to meet key current and future targets.  A number of wide ranging recommendations were a product of this work.

 

·        Private company – Development of new bonus system which resulted in: a reduction in over-time payments; improved performance and client satisfaction; and an increase in employee motivation.

 

·        NHS Trust – Delivery of our workshop on Successful Leadership & Management plus the additional and related facilitation of Action Learning sets, as per the organisation’s request.

 

·        Probation Service – Grievance investigation.
