We have
recently introduced this package which involves us analysing and advising
upon a company’s existing: employment contract documentation;
employment policies & procedures; employee development process;
recruitment & selection process; and staff management style/culture. In addition, we will analyse the
company’s available data related to sickness absence and turnover and,
unless rejected, carry out an employee opinion survey. The completed report which follows this analysis
will alert the company to any legal risks identified and give as much advice
as possible with regards suggested improvements to documentation, processes
and management practices
